Has anyone had a breast augmentation under the muscle then had it changed to be under the facia?

Question:

I believe that the facia is under the breast tissue/over the muscle.
Serious answers please.

Can it be successfully done? What was your experience?

I haven't had augmentation myself, but a friend says her sister had her first set of implants done over the muscle. She decided she wanted bigger implants and her doctor suggest they be put under the muscle so there would be more to support them. She didn't think they looked big enough that way, so she had the same implants moved to above the muscle. I don't know if she's happy with the outcome (and if not, well it might just be that she's very hard to please!) But I guess she's proof that it CAN be done.
