Really Very Important Question.??

Question:
How do you get ride of dry nobberly knees. Ive always had them so what do I do with them?

Answers:
Same way I take care of the dry skin and calluses on my feet, I suppose. Soak in warm water with a nutrient-rich bubble-bath, then exfoliate with a loofah, then moisturize with a lotion that has aloe and vitamin E, then make sure to drink plenty of water and eat a healthy diet so the skin is able to replenish and heal itself better.
put lotion on them erryday
Put lotion on them when :
*You go to bed
* When you get up
*After Swimming
*After taking a shower/bath
a good way to get rid of ashen dry knees or elbows, first soak in water, warm as you can stand it, let them soften. use a mild exfoliation cream, and rub them until the dry dead sking starts coming off, when you are done, dry good and apply a good cream, like udder balm, bag balm. or just plain vasaline, rub it in real good...You should get better looking knees immed.
try putting an extra thick lotion with lots of oil in it. The extra oil will help prevent the dry skin. Any lotion with Cocoa butter is good to get rid of dry skin. Be sure to put the lotion on every day or you will continue to have the dry skin problem.
i actually had the same problem!! and i was told to buy Jergens Vitamin E lotion..and i put it on about 2 to 3 times a day..or more depending on what i was doing that day..and It worked wonders!
Best cure is Body Shop Coco Butter!! I use it in the summer for tanning and in the winter for dry cracked skin...
