What the heck is wrong with me?

Question:

i gave birth feb 17 of this year and before i left the hospital i was given the depo shot. i had the locha or a period what ever it was for 14 weeks until i got the second shot of depo. after the second shot it stopped. 2weeks ago i started spotting then it turned into a period . i have had a period for more then a week know.

i am calling my doctor who is my gyn and was when i was pregnant. before i go to the appt if i can get in today, has this happend to any one eles?

i was on depo before i got pregnant and never had a period and before i got depo the first time and when i got of depo to became pregnant my period never lasted more then six days.

Answers:
This is a serious doctor question. I'm a gyn nurse and have no idea. All I can think of is that your hormones are up the creek still post birth. Your blood and hormones change when you get pregnant so maybe they are just straightening out.

You must get a check up.

It sounds as if your medication needs some adjusting, going to the doctor is your best bet,
