You are still at a perfectly normal weight. You don't need to lose anything.

According to your BMI, you are at a normal, healthy weight. But that's a very loose answer. We'd need to know you're body type, too. Are you muscular? Big/small boned?
Are you really that desperate for validation and compliments from strangers? Sweetie, try to learn to love yourself. Learn to have self confidence. Men LOVE a woman who is confident and secure, no matter what her weight. And if you truly love yourself, everyone will be able to tell and will be attracted to you. That is what it is all about.
Hm... I don't think you're overweight...It actually depends how old you are. O-O But if you do want to lose weight I advise you to exercise, but DON'T to overwork yourself. Eat a lot vegetables, and no fatty foods. DON'T skip meals, and try to skip the soda when you can. ^_______^ Good Luck!
Why do you think you might be overweight? You are at a perfect weight! Got some jiggle in your middle? Do some toning exercises, that's all you need. Everyone should exercise for good health, but you don't need to lose anything. Maybe just tighten up what you have, if it seems to be too loose.
The insurance charts calculate the ideal weight with the following formula.for women, take 100lbs for the first 5' of height and add 5 lbs for each inch over that...ie: 5'1" woman should weigh 105lbs, give or take 15lbs up or down, depending on body type (small, medium, big boned); Men can start with 105lbs for first 5 feet and add 5 lbs for each inch. so a 5'10" man should weigh 155lbs, give or take 15lbs.
According to this you are just about perfect, and I'd bet your just about perfect anyway. Increase your water intake, take a walk every day for half an hour, and cut out sweets and booze. In 3 weeks you oughta be in good shape.
You are not overweight you are at a healthy weight.

If you want to lose a few lbs that would be pretty easy, doing physical activities such as running/jogging/walking, biking, dancing, will help you burn calories which is what causes you to gain weight in the first place. Try to consume only 1700 calories per day, and burn at least 700 of them in order to lose 1/2 a week, to burn a full pound a week you have to burn 900 calories , at least 4 days during a week ...
So its simple math the more calories you burn the more fat you'll lose.

If you want a more toned mid section, just do crunches, situps, and do some light weight lifting ...

Good Luck!
My Mom's that size, and I think she looks great. She's always complaining about losing 10 pounds though.

You can bellydance. It's not as hard as it seems. It's much more fun than situps or pushups.

But you are fine. Embrace what you have!
