Neither lol :) You have to learn how to control it (NOT bottle it), and release it in a healthy way. Most people just like to be alone and deal with it as it comes. You have to talk about it or do something about it until it's resolved.

release anger, but try to do it in small chunks so people don't get annoyed and start to hate you

Good question.Me I like to blow up now and then. But I don't feel much better afterward. My wife she's the hold it in type. She is far calmer than I.
Never hold everything in -- it could kill you.
On the other hand, if you blow up a lot, do it somewhere when you're alone (scream at stupid people on the highway--with windows shut, of course; punch pillows; get a punching bag; etc.) You might also want to consult a therapist for anger management -- they have some excellent anger coping techniques that you could learn in a short time.

I don't know but in my opinion when you have the time and place blow up cause it's not good keeping it pent up inside. And also hold everything in only when you have to hold it in for the sake of other people. but other than that I heard you can get a tumor if you have all that pent up inside. Oh yeah and umm if you can just sleep it off and ignore the problem thats causing it.
