i have been on the pill for about 2 years & about 3 weeks ago i missed a pill & dint realize it until the next day after my boyfriend & i had sex, then i took it, & a few hours later i got my period. i've missed my pill b4 and got my period for a little longer than a week. But this pill i missed was from the second row, two weeks before i should have my actual period. The 1st week was normal bleeding but since then it has been very light and brown in color, sometimes it is really light and seems to be gone so i've had sex 2 times while having this...period...but right after ive found blood on the condom and on me. its been about three weeks now and its still the same. Also i have been wearing tampons, pads, or sometimes i can go without (it is so light at times). whats going on.? should i be concerned? I have a doctors appt. in exactly a week from now, should or can i wait til then if i should see a doctor?

This is not technically your period it is spotting which can happen if you do not take your pill regularly. After you get your period (like when you take the placebo pills) and restart it should reset to normal

I'm not sure if you should wait but if you say it's that light it just sounds wrong you know maybe if you can get it checked out sooner
