WOW , you basically sum me up. I'm 22 year old stay at home mom. I fight to get up in the a.m, and well pretty much everything you said I experience also. I've had my blood levels check a few times, they said it's nothing. I have slight anemia and take iron every so often(it messes up my stomach) unfortunately I can't be much of a help. But I'm hoping someone responses to you with some good advise. Sorry!
cocaine! j/k try eating healthier
Try energy drinks.
These days there are all these energy boosters and crap that boost your energy for a few hours until you have nothing left and you crash. All they are is sugar and caffine. Eat healthy. Eat organic food. No sugar and no wheat or bread and no high frustose corn syrup. Check labels on food and pick things that have no chemicals and preservatives. Pretty much you can eat rice, organic meats, water, tea, organic fruits and vegies, and anything in health food stores or organic sections in grocery stores. I do this and I feel like a new person! It helps you think and makes you feel really good about yourself. Your skin will glow.
Try doing an exercise you love every day. For example, if you like dancing, you could get one of those work out videos that incorporate dancing in them (I know theres belly dancing ones, carmen electras strip tease and a few others). Start out by doing a little bit of the videos 3 times a day (think 15-30 mins so you don't get too dizzy, make sure to warm up first), and then once your used to that you can try to complete the video each day. Exercise is a great way to boost energy, and when you're taking a break you can relax and drink a coffee or something :)
When you go to the doctors, make sure you go over your diet with him as well. Hope this helps!
I am not sure but you could have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or Depression. Depression often results in fatigue, excess sleeping, loss of pleasure in activities that you once found pleasure in, etc...Most people become clinically depressed at one point or another in their life and there are plenty of antidepressants out there...
Just a possibility...
