The wings are to like bend over and attach to the bottom of your panties. All you do is put it under the panties well, you know how to use a pad soo use it regularly but take the wings and put them under your panties. hope this helps!

you wrap the wings on the outside of your panties.supposedly they are there to keep the pad in place- i hate em though.

it's to help keep the pad in place. My mom dosn't recommend them. They tear up your underwear. Use the ones without the wings.
They fold around your panties to keep it in place better. place it on...then fold them around. quite simple :)

it's to protect your panties from the blood spilling over the sides onto your panties and pants...they are the best thing to happen to pads.they came out when i was a teenager and they make a huge difference
you just kinda tuck them on the outside of your panties and they stick. they are used to hold it in place just to help you not stress out about it falling out or something!
Trust me, you should love them.
They wrap around the underside of where the top of the pad part is. It keeps it in place, if you don't have wings the pad MAY move causing blood to go everywhere. I tried one without wings, OHHO it was horrible.
