Answers:
its hard to tell, but from all the documentaries I saw its better if you arrange a meeting with a beauty surgeon. he or she will know how to advice, but you will have to choose which size. they wont recommend you which size. they will only tell you what would be more appropriate for your body, cause females are different, some have tiny body and some have more larger body. so big implants on a tiny body wont look so natural, or whatever is your wish. and you cant just get any kind of implant, there are limits. so I suggest to talk to a beauty surgeon. and dont choose a cheap one, go for more higher prices for quality. and if you have implants, then you will have to change them like every 10 years, you wont be able to breast feed and many more things that a beauty surgeon will explain to you. just ask them :)

full B or small C
Just take it up to a C.
You shouldn't get them, they can be dangerous and a waste of money... but maybe a B or C?
Triple D
DOUBLE DS!
I would go for a full B.

I'm sorry but most guys hate breast implants.they look and feel fake...just be glad with what you got
Real is the best, no matter how big or small.
B and DD
I just had my surgery a week and a half ago and went with 300 cc implants. Studies suggest that for most women anything over 350 cc results in higher complication rates. I am 5'9" and weigh 115 lbs, and was a 32 A, things have not quite settled as of yet given that the procedure was only 1.5 weeks ago, however, i will probably end up a very full B or small C. Because I wore padded bras, the change is not very noticable in clothing--most of my blouses still fit nicely.

All of this depends on the amount of breast tissue you already have, and the structure of your breast cavity.

I look normal with the 300 cc, and could have gone bigger, but I am happy with the natural look.

best thing is to try on the sizes, but remember that they will look smaller once inside of your body, and covered by tissue and muscle.

Making an informed decision is key here. I interviewed 5 surgeons before I found the one I felt most comfortable with, and I would advise you to do so too.

Most importantly, don't do your best to get a bargain--this is your body, not a piece of clothing for it.

as for most guys hating them - who cares. 1) the decision should be made for you and what will make YOU feel best, not a guy, 2) my boyfriend was very supportive in either respect, whether i got them or not, now that i have them, he likes them, but would have never encouraged me to do or not do something i wanted or didn't want.

Also, someone below mentioned that you can't breast feed, which is completely untrue. I girl i work with had implants 3 years ago and a baby 1 year ago and breast fed just fine.

definately check out this website from the maker of the implants...
