Not really. You can try exercising.sometimes your cycle can be brought on by strenuous exercise.
If you want to control it to the day each month try the pill. You become regular as clockwork!

I have one of those contraceptive implants. A few days mild pain in the arm for 3 years of no worry and no periods! Sweet!
no..there is nothing you can do..nature takes its own course!
Drink liquor, if you are of age. It'll get things going faster.
I have never heard a woman wanting her period to come quicker. However I have heard them wanting to make it shorter. There is a way to make it shorter Lo Estrin24 BC
No, you can delay periods, but not speed them up.
Nothing I've ever heard off! The only reliable method to regulate periods is the pill.
not really maybe a hot bath, if you want to be regular long term the pill will do that
I know this is quite odd, but I find talking to my ovaries and womb and stuff works. Be nice to them and they will be nice to you. Also, try pushing your hands down your tummy, that kinda works for me too. Hope this helps xo
P.S. You're weird for wanting your period!
