Is hair rebonding safe for a pregnant women like me?

What is hair re-bonding? I must be old! I haven't heard of it.
Anyway, rule of thumb for pregnancy safety:
If it goes on you or in you it need to be pure and safe.
When in doubt ask your doctor. They wont scold you and they have heard it all before and probably done a lot of it too! You can call them and ask them over the phone some of these kind of questions with the hassle and cost of an office visit. And believe me, probably about half the phones calls to the OBs are about things you can and can't do! I called to ask how terrible DEET was... and (duh) if sun burn loition was safe!
If any chemicals are involved, DON'T!
