Question:
Answers:
It is your genes unfortunately. You can work out to make them leaner which would make them appear longer, or wear high heels!
youre right, it only makes them lean. youre either born with or without long legs.
You are correct...you cannot stretch your body out to make such a difference in length.
Have you tried hanging upside down from clothing racks? Not sure if it works, but if all else fails...
You can do things to make your legs appear longer though.
f
It may give you the look of longer, leaner legs, but it cannot make you have longer legs
I honestly think the ONLY way to have the appearance of longer legs is to wear heels, stay away from short sailor pants and love who you are. Sexy, muscular legs are much better than long flabby legs!
nope. its all in genes.
you are wrong! working out stimulates the growth of your legs to about 3 times faster if your still growing, so if you want to be a model this a good idea honeyy...
Sorry honey either you gottem or you don't!

If you are older then 21, your legs cannot grow longer. Your bones have already grown to their limit.
Actually, my friend has short legs and she's always complaining about getting longer ones. I read in a Seventeen magazine that if you leap and land on each feet 10 times, your legs get longer.
If you have legs that are shorter than you like, you can wear certain clothes that will make them appear longer in proportion to the rest of you without being too revealing.
The interesting thing here is, I have written a TV series about a cheerleader whose legs were amputated, and I have interviewed three girls without legs to help create the role effectively. I'm sure they wish they could do workouts to make their "legs" longer.
Nope, you're stuck with the legs God gave you, and nothing can make them longer,
I hate that evil Giselle Bundchen---she got hers AND half of MY length!!
27 inch inseam at 5'4"..PHOOEY!
Your legs don't actually grow longer. They just look leaner which makes them appear to be longer. Kind of like how black makes a person appear to be a little thinner.
No, technically running and doing some exercises can indeed make your legs or arms longer, but nothing noticeable. It's not really worth it working out alot just to try and get longer legs.
Nothing like long, sleek, sexy legs. nothing.
after puberty your legs are the same length, when your long bones stop growing in your teens or early 20's. workout trainers are stupid( sorry had a bad experience with one) ok they aren't stupid, just the one you talked to. genetics has alot to do with how tall you are, along with hormones. unless you are 11 or 12 you're out of luck
absolutely correct (you are). you cannot lengthen your legs.
everyone else is right, to appear to have longer legs than you do look into clothing and heels.
trust me I have a 36 inch inseam and it's been that way since 14 years old. You are born either with them or without.
Lean can be long. Depends on how you use them. Just because you're not born with what you want, doesn't mean you should give up. Please don't live out the rest of your life blaming genetic code ..that's just silly.
You hit the nail right on the head, Lily Diva. Heredity, which is dependent on the genes, is responsible for how long the bones in your legs will be, and how big you will get in general.
workout trainers speak crap how can you get longer legs with squats your bones stay the same
your born to have long legs or not unless you try the braveheart method altho mel said it wasn`t that helpful
