FIRST OF ALL , EVERY WOMAN SHOULD HAVE A REGULAR CHECK UP. NOW FOR YOUR PROBLEM, TAKE SOME PAIN RELIEVER AN OVER THE COUNTER ONE FOR MENSTRUATION PAIN. HOT PACKS OR HEATING PAD ON YOUR BACK AND ELEVATE YOUR FEET. UNFORTUNATELY SOME OF US HAVE HARDER TIMES THEN OTHERS. AS YOU GET OLDER THEY SHOULD EASE UP
I would think you need to be on birth control. It's not just for contraception, it also helps relieve symptoms like muscle aching and cramping. Also, it lightens up the flow and makes your period extremely regular. But you're going to have to go to a doctor. That's what the doctor is there for, you shouldn't be embarrassed. Out of curiousity, how old are you? My guess is to first go to your mother and tell her exactly what you told us here and ask her to take you to her doctor. You can do more research on this on webmd.com.
See a gyneac urgently.
you are pretty normal but it shouldn't be SO painful. use a heating pad for bad days. If you use a pain reliever DON'T take more than the bottle says (many girls have ruined their kidneys this way) You know, you could go to a woman doctor if you are shy. and BELIEVE me, they have see everything and will not think you are wierd. Many of them are very kind and look at this stuff all day long.
Sweetie you need to see a doctor. There are a lot of reasons why periods are infrequent and heavy and you need to find out which one it is. I also have periods that are unbearable so I take BC to stop my periods completely. Something you may want to try is progesterone cream. You can get it at any health food store. You rub it in like a lotion every day except when you're on your period. It really helps with cramps and other period related symptoms. Please see a doctor, there is nothing to be embarrassed about. Women have periods every day and your doc has seen it all.
