Any ideas about my periods?

You should go see a naturopathic doctor. The ND would do saliva tests on you to determine which hormones are out of balance and they can help you get them into balance. It is not normal (as Im sure you suspect) to hurt that bad and it's not supposed to hurt after intercourse. I also recommend chiropractics. A good chiropractor could tell you exactly what's going on by checking the condition of your spine - if an organ is not working properly, it's corresponding nerves will be tender - this is palpable in your spine by a chiropractor.
Crampbark will help with cramps until then.
Also - before I got my cramps/periods straightened out many years ago, a shot of whiskey helped. . haha.
Hang in there - there are professionals who can help. Personally, allopathic (traditional) medicine has helped me a few times in the past, but naturopathic medicine has helped me exponentially more.
Edit: I agree with the cervix comment posted above - that does hurt but, for me, it never gave me cramps after. Just hurt when the cervix was touched.
.
Could he be hitting your cervix during sex?
That is EXTREMELY painful and could cause the "after-sex" cramps
