Why am i getting my period 10 days early?

Do you have any pain with your period? Has it ever happened before? Are you on the pill? Do you work with lots of women?
There are a few different causes of starting your period early. This may be normal for you. I have got endometriosis and polycysitic ovaries. I used to bleed every 2 weeks until I was put on the pill to control it. Even then after a while I (and after changing jobs and working with many mory women) was bleeding every few weeks again. Every woman is different and cycles at different rates. If you have been regular for a while and have only just started bleeding 10 days early I would go to the doctors for a check up to see if anything else is going on.
If you're usually regular, it's probably because of sress. Or else, a lot of exercise. But probably stress. Good luck, hon. :)
