What's the logic behind a woman wanting breast implants to enlarge them?

I don't think there's any logic to it at all. It's not because they're slutty. I would say it's because they are either vain, or have incredibly low self esteem and think bigger boobs will fix it. There are some women that have uneven breasts, and implants can even those out. And, I'm sure, there are some older women that just want everything up where it was 20 years before.

Girls want bigger boobs because well.. They're sluts! Or, they want bigger boobs because they barely have any. I prefer the natural way-- Stuffing tissue in your bra. LOL!
Anyway, I still wouldn't do that though. The main answer to you from me is: They're sluts, like I said above, or they want bigger boobs because they hardly have any.

In general, I think men prefer real breasts over fake ones. However, a women with large breasts WILL ALWAYS attract more attention making women think that all men want large breasts. The truth is, it's just more eye-catching. You can't help but look because it's out of the ordinary.
Because thats not how society works. society says bigger boobs are "In" and so when a woman has small breasts they get them to A) fit in and B) self confidence.
For some women its for their career. others have always had self conscious thoughts about their breast. I'd say some women do need them (to look better)
while naturals will have the fact that they are natural to be proud of.

I think it's because there insecure with what they have. Personally I've felt implants and they feel nothing like real boobs. Really boobs are better big or small!! The men that like implants are the ones who are no good any way. If it boost's a girls confidence I say more power to her, but I think I will keep mine the way they are :0)
I would never want a woman to feel that she had to have breast implants to impress me. If she wishes to have them because it makes her happy, then I would say go for it. What I fail to understand is this:
1) How a woman would think that if her personality and looks couldn't attract the man of her choice, that the breasts would make up for the lack of personality and looks.
2) Would a woman want a man who decided that her personality and looks didn't really attract him, but those big knockers just pushed him over the edge and made him decide that personality didn't even matter.
I'm a nipple guy myself, so I tend to be partial to small and medium sized breasts because they ususally have the more elegant nipples, in my humble opinion.
It really is quite shallow for a man to determine that he likes a woman because he can suffocate himself in her boobs! Yes men are attracted to big ones but I wonder how they would feel if we returned the favor?@$@!
Life and relationships are far more complex than the size of organs. It really bothers me to think that some day these young girls will want to become moms and have complicated the possibility of being able to nurse their children, and the natural growth of breasts during pregnancy. Some day the glitz and glamour of big boobs will fade and the reality of being a woman will set in, realistic as that may sound.
For all of you sweet young ladies that are feeling pressured to get implants, I want to encourage you that your character and personality will farrrrr outweigh big boobs in the long run. If someone won't date you because of your size then they were subspecies and not worthy of you.

well, i think that theres the obvious answer of the desire to emulate what you see on tv and the desire to be sexually appealing...
but i also think that a lot of womens clothes are designed for women to have a certain sized chest and a lost of times when a woman is to small (or to big) shirts dont tend to fit right. it acts as a reminder that you arent "normal."
