try walking for 30 minutes a day or more (your choice!) and try to eat foods, that are good for you, eat untill your full and no more, i know it might be a waste but it helps, try to eat the portion size recommended, and just excercise, and remember eat slowly, our brain takes 20 minutes to realize youve eaten something
