What are the best foods to eat to lose weight.I could stand to lose 20 more lbs?

I.ve checked out diets and they seem to require fancy foods I've never heard of before or I can't afford them. Help!

Try eating vegetables and fruits that are not high on the glycemic index. Add more fiber to your diet, whole grains. Fiber creates bulk and makes you feel full. Drink lots of water this helps with your metabolism. I did this plus walked four miles a day and lost 15 pounds in about 6 weeks. I didnt change my eating habits that much except for I limited the sugar and didnt eat after 8 pm. I also cut back on fried foods. Good Luck. You can do it!
try walking for 30 minutes a day or more (your choice!) and try to eat foods, that are good for you, eat untill your full and no more, i know it might be a waste but it helps, try to eat the portion size recommended, and just excercise, and remember eat slowly, our brain takes 20 minutes to realize youve eaten something

30-45 mins cardio 5 days a week with 2-3 days strength/weight training.
