Vaginal Infections?
Question:
Answers:
Bacterial vaginitis isn't necessarily something you would get from sex. That's caused by a decrease in the good, normal bacteria you usually have and an increase in bad bacteria, and it can be caused by lots of different things.
Trichimoniasis, however, is a sexually transmitted disease, and your boyfriend needs to get tested for it (though men often have no symptoms and the infection just goes away for them). If you haven't had sex with anybody else, your boyfriend is, indeed, the one who gave it to you.

"The American Academy of Pediatrics observes “Circumcision has been suggested as an effective method of maintaining penile hygiene since the time of the Egyptian dynasties, but there is little evidence to affirm the association between circumcision status and optimal penile hygiene." ~ Quote cited in link posted below. ~
A number of things can lead to your infections, among them improper hygiene on the part of your boyfriend. Since he insists that he does clean himself well, I would look to other possible causes. It could be that you have a problem with PH balance that has become pronounced with the sexual activity. That said, I was married for over sixteen years to a man who was not circumcised and I never had any of those infections.
It's my understanding that some people can carry the organisms that will cause these illnesses, but not have symptoms themselves. What I am pointing out is this: You think you may be getting the illnesses from him. If that is true, then where did he get these illnesses?
