In addition to 60 minutes of cardio a day (Walking, jogging, swimming, dancing, or jumping rope are great!) I do ab circuits multiple times daily.
*100 crunches
*50 bicycle crunches
*25 leg lifts
*balance your weight on your right elbow (20 seconds)
*balance your weight on your left elbow (20 seconds)
*20 push-ups
Tip: always keep your abs tight (even when sitting or walking)
Diet: eat foods low in sodium to counteract bloating of the stomach; eat healthy food all around
For arms, legs, etc. I use resistance bands, weights, and do squats and lunges (50 lunges at a time and 25 squats at a time).
*For tanning: 1. Exfoliate with a loofah while in the shower 2. Apply sun block SPF 10-15 3. Lie outside for 1-2 hours 4. Do this for several consecutive days for effects to start.

Every morning walk about five miles in the sun (tanning) or ride your bike about twelve miles. At night you could go for a short jog. Also, go to the pool as much as possible for lots of fun, sun, and exercise!!

i cant garuntee you'll lose 9 pounds maybe only 4 or 5 but you can try 2 slim fast shakes every day for however long you want. try one between breakfast and lunch and one between lunch and dinner(literally right in between)
go jogging and don't eat inbetween meals. Hit the gym if there's one near you. For tanning, if you go jogging then run with a tank top on. Also, go to the pool that way you won't have to worry about a tank top tan line. Have fun!
