well youre a really skinny girl so it would just look way weird and out of proportion if you were more than a b cup. but trust me youll grow out of it. when i was 11 i was 4'9" 75 lbs with a 32a cup and now im 14 yrs old 5'2" 120 lbs and a 32d cup. so dont worry honey- your time will come
