Apple cider vinger tastes really nasty, but it helps a lot to. it's about 2 dollars a bottle not so bad.

In the meantime, try to reduce your intake of foods with yeast in them like breads and such. Also, take showers instead of baths. It is very very common and nothing to worry about if treated.
