What make have you time smaller amount difficult?

i have a date friday hours of darkness and i have my extent.. i was wondering if in that were any girls or any doctors on here that could contribute me some tips that would make it smaller quantity difficult and more easy to maintain my mind off of it while im on my date.what foods do i stay away from, what foods do i munch through more of, do i take vitamins... stuff similar to that...

Answers:    Stay away from salty foods. Take the maximum dosage of Midol at least possible at least 24 hours earlier your date,(really helps beside fatigue and cramps) wear a tampon with a pantyliner instead of a big bulky wipe. If you don't have satisfactory room in your purse for a tampon buy the tampax or playtex compact tampons. They are much smaller and aren't as barefaced. I hope this helps and upright luck on your date. :)
i would suggest taking some menstrual relief midol (its blue). it make you feel "normal" when your on your time of year.

juat wear a tampon and a pantiliner (or pads if you use those) and jst hang on to and extra in your purse and that should steal your mind off of leak. also its tuesday and if the date is friday i would think it would be lighter by next if its heavy immediately (thats how mine would work)

just relax. guzzle what you want.
i would say to guzzle chocolate , relax and definately use tampons because you cannot feeel the blood come out . i started when i was 12 and used tampons since i be 13 im 15 now and would never walk back to pad. tampons made my peiod less difficult. also if you own cramps take tynlol these peroxide the flow and decrease cramp. if you really hate your time go on the pill and the blood will be abundantly less so it would be smaller number difficult hope this helped appropriate luck
