Hi, through years of studying vitimin therapies, and nutrition , and also spending huge amounts of money on all brands and non branded vitimins, i now have a general idea what i think would be suitable for you.
I suggest taking first of all, IN MORNING sorry , siberian ginseng,this helps the adrenal glands to cope with physical stresses,very good for prolonged exhaustion and debility from stresses and overwork.
It also helps u sleep at night,helps insomnia and concentration.
Regarding your weight, take a good source of the essential fatty acids, omega 3,6,and 9, i would suggest trying a solgar
1 a day EPA/GLA only because they seem to be the only ones i have benifited from, as they have the highest levels of each.I finally suggest you try cherry active these are only i think supplied on the internet!! cant find the details i got on them stored on my p c at mo but just type in cherryactive in your search, they give you tons of energy, without pumping you full of caffeine type herbs such as guarana,also help with raising your metabolism rate,i dont reccomend taking any vits at night as your digestive system is less able to break down and absorb them ,and they may also keep you awake, good luck, and 1 last thing vitimins will help you with your probs but only along side a healthy balanced diet, sos had to include that last bit .
