Eating right?


Question:
i am 5'2 and weigh 175
i want to lose 50 pounds in a month
would i be able to lose a lot with excersise and eating right
for instance if i eat some chicken with crackers for lunch
and then fruits for a snack and a salad with some chicken in it for dinner and cereal for breakfast and not eat junk.
would that work?

Answers:
I don't think you can lose that much in a month but your plan sounds good. Just make sure you don't eat any food with trans fats, high fructose corn syrup, and all the other ingredients thats unpronouncable. With exercise, fiber, and tons of water I'm sure your begin losing a lot of weight. Good Luck.
50 pounds in a month is impossible. unless its 50 pounds in money then you could do it in a day.
