tylenol. i also love those sticky heat pads that you can stick on your stomach. they make them especially for cramps. i think they're called thermacare. try them!

Motrin it helps a lot but all of them work !!!
Hum, I will have very serious menstrual cramps everytime. But after I took Advil, the pain will gone within 2 hours. (which tylenol and mortrin can't do). However, my boss (which is a chinese medicine medical doctor) sugguests me to take some chinese herbal medicine, which is very effective aganist the cramps.
Little Tip: Don't drink iced water when you are having your period. ^^

I've heard Midol works best, but I would have to go with Advil.
personally none of those you mentioned work for me. Midol is the only thing that works for me. sometimes i get cramps so bad that i throw up. sorry to be so graphic but seriously, midol has been a life saver for me.
I would suggest midol.
