That is from a g-spot orgasm, very different from a regular orgasm from clitoral stimulation. Some girls, usually those who are very comfortable with who they are, what they look like, smell like etc and very comfortable with there partner can achieve a g-spot orgasm when their partner stimulates their g-spot. They'll suddenly get the urge to push down and up to a liter of fluid will come out of the urethra. This fluid is NOT urine, it's clear and will smell sweet.

The fluid comes from the paraurethral (or skene's) gland, the female equivalent of the prostate. These glands are located on the upper wall of the vagina around the lower end of the urethra and they drain into the urethra. A G-spot orgasm is different from a clitoral orgasm because it's from stimulating the G-spot, not the clitoris. If you insert a finger into the vagina, about 2 inches up you will feel a small spongy pad on the anterior wall (the front). Make a come here motion with your finger, that will stimulate it. Like I said she has to be very comfortable and very aroused for it to work and not all girls would be comfortable with that much fluid gushing out, even if the feeling is amazing.
