I am on the pill too. It dont nessacerly matter when you take it as long as you dont make it 1/2 the day.

taking your pill ontime is most important if you are having sex. i dont always take it on time, and it still works. take your pill around three if you want, its close to when you used to take it.

If you live in the east and travelled west, then take it at 2. If you live in the west and travelled east, then take it at 8. Although, I dont think it matters for what is a relatively minimal time difference; but better safe than sorry.
