Answers:
If it's clear/white and wet, it's a normal discharge when you start puberty. The vagina is self-cleaning.

its discharge everyone gets it you'll probbaly be getting your period soon but its nothing to worry about its perfectly normal
It's discharge and it's completely normal. Every girl gets discharge. Its just your body cleaning itself out naturally.

Read the website listed below:
It sounds like vaginal discharge, and it's perfectly normal. Lots of women experience it before/after their period starts, and some experience it all of the time. For a girl your age it probably means that your period is going to come soon, how soon is another question, some girls experience the discharge for a year or so before they actually get their period.
As long as the discharge doesn't be come funny colored (dark yellow/green), have a strong odor (sometimes like bread), or become thick and chunky you have no need to worry about it.

Hope this helps. :-)
No need to worry unless you feel itching or burning. It is normal for women to see a small amount of whitish discharge in their underwear. If it is a lot of discharge it might be a yeast infection that needs to be seen by a doctor. Minimal discharge is normal but too much accompanied by itching and burning is not.
it's discharge...ur period might b coming!
