Answers:
Well theres several things you can do! You can start an exercise program...but start slow of course or you will be really sore. I would suggest walking a couple miles a day and then advancing to jogging or running whenever your ready. Also lift weights, start small and work up, because adding muscle increases your metabolism and burns more fat. Also eating right is a BIG part of it. Eat your veggies and fruits, healthy fats like avocados, oils, nuts and seeds. Minimize meat and dairy products because to be honest they arent made for our body, because our body just cant digest that crap, just in my opinion. I would suggest getting the book, Skinny ***** by Rory Freedman. Read it! it has a ton of good advice!
Weight watchers and give yourself about a year.
You should weight 125 pounds and that means you have to lose 50 pounds. Eat 1500 calories a day and eventually that is what you will weigh.
Eat 1200 calories a day and lose about 10 pounds a month.
In 5 or 6 months you will be at goal.
Verus that if you keep at the rate you are going you will still weigh 175 pounds in 6 months.
Exercise for 45 minutes a day. Ride a stationary bike with moving handles or go walk around the block for 45 minutes.
Mow the lawn or your neighbors lawn.
