Why would I have EXTREMELY sore breasts when my tubes are clipped? I can't be pregnant.?

Oh, I feel you. I get that sometimes, too (and I have never been pregnant). I think it is your hormones acting goofing because your period is coming--really, any day now. I've even had infected milk ducts (with leakage from my nipples) around the time of my cycle---never been pregnant. Our bodies are WEIRD when "Aunt Flo" is on her way. One month, nothing...no cramps, no back ache, light flow.next month---KAPOW.my breasts--I can't stand to have anything touch them, I can't walk my back hurts so bad...I cry for 3 days. I hate it.
I'm sure you are fine. But of course, if they get worse, you are in terrible pain that Ibuprofen doesn't touch---see your doctor just to be sure.
It may be because your period is less than a week away. Mine get very sore like that sometimes but not every time as much as 2 weeks before my period. I can't get pregnant either.
Nothing is 100% there is still a very slight chance that you can become pregnant-especially if you were sterilised right after the birth of a child.
If you go a week late have pregnancy test and see doctor if necessary.
After period check beasts for lumps anything suspicious see doctor
its just hormones I 've had mine tied for over 18 yrs ~
You could have a possible infection in the milk glands that are causing your hormones to elevate.
You may be drinking tooo much caffeine...Mine were like that once and I believe that was the problem..Good luck...
