Does anyone has tips on any basic exercises to reduce hips and thighs size for ladies?

Lady, you may be nuts if you want to reduce you hips and thighs. You must learn how to make those hips work for you when you walk.
I mean if they are not extremely big why they can negatively affect you normal activity, then why reduce them. I mean remember that this is part of your shape. This means those hips and thighs might actually mean that you are curvaceous. Look at you whole body and you may actually see that with your hips you have a nice curve.
Yes jogging,skipping,cycling any exercises to burn calories because there is no such thing as spot reduction, althought strength training exercises are good if your going to diet.
Don't go overboard. Hips are part of what makes a woman beautiful.
