she had sex and had to pee afterwards but she didnt. she held her pee the whole night until about 9 oclock in the morning. when she peed she said it burned but she said it doesnt burn on the inside of her vagina it burns on the outside area and a couple of days later is when the itching started. she also has bump looking things on her lip area and kind of in her vagina hole. she had protected sex and her and her partner didnt have any stds or anything. what can this be?

I would suggest she see her doctor. Having a bump on her lip and the same bump near the vaginal opening doesn't sound like something she should treat on her own.
I would also suggest she not have any sexual relations until she sees the doctor.
