My friend has a continuous achy burning sensation under her left arm and her left breast.?

She's had scans and they were fine. they said it was her age, hormonal etc. What herbal tablets can she take to help her, she can't take evening primrose oil , it makes her ill. Her auntie has a lump in her breast and i think she is worried. Any alternatives to taking ibruprofen for pain.
