i have the same problem, they go away only with surgery, but u can live with it, they might cause u to bleed more when u have ur period, have some pain when u ovulate, and ur chances to get pregnant r 50/50, in my case, i have them for almost a year now, i dont have any problem of heavy period or pain, but my chances of pregnancy r half, cuz the ovaries alternate in producing the egg, and if u have the ovary cysts in one ovary then ur chance r half. about if they come back, there is a chance yes.
