Not that I have heard of. Not everybody gains weight from the Pill, everybody reacts differently.
Birth control pills make ur boobs bigger? No freaking wonder why i have noticed that mine looked bigger. Damn
If there was a pill that actually made only your breasts bigger all of us females would be taking it! Well, maybe not all of us, mine are plenty big enough as it is, thank-you. But if you find one that does, let me know. I know plenty of females that would be ecstatic to find out (and I'd like to buy stock in the company selling the stuff!)

Anyway, everyone reacts differently and to different types.
For instance, when I was on the NuvaRing, I did not gain any weight or go through any mood swings, but my breasts did get a little bigger. When I had to switch to the tri-previfem pill (a combination pill), I gained about five pounds (not in my boobs) and went through ridiculous mood swings.
There is no birth control pill out there that will make your boobs bigger. They don't make you gain weight either. That's a myth.
Your boobs will grow bigger throughout adulthood without the use of any medications (mine did and my mom's did (she was never on the pill)).
everybody's body is different, but my reaction to ortho-novum has been kind of funny, my breasts have increased dramatically, about a cup and a half, but i have lost weight and look smaller waist wise and what not, but i am "softer" if that makes sense. i'm not sure how that works...
