I don't think so, but not every one bleeds the first time. Sometimes the hymen has been broken by other things, like horse back riding.

First off, cutting your vaginal lip doesnt mean that you broke the hymen. Your hymen is deep inside your vagina, so you are fine.
Secondly, some people bleed when they first have intercourse, some dont. It really just depends on your body. You could always ask female relatives of yours to see how it was their first time.
no, they hymen is inside the vagina. about 2 inches inside the body. you can shave and cut yourself on accident but it won't do anything to the hymen.
if you have a hymen, then the first time you have intercourse it will tear and most likely bleed a little as well a hurt for a few minutes.

The hymen is internal while your vaginal lip is external so no you didn't break it. The Hymen can be broken in other ways than sexual activity, such as sports or tampon use. Hymen breakage doesn't determine virginity, intercourse does.
A tip..trim your hair with some sharp scissors before shaving to cut down on razor cloggage. Always use a fresh razor and lots of shaving cream.
