I need to know if it's ok for me to have a whole-body massage when I'm having my period...?

Question:
Can somebody please tell me about it? I heard from others that it may cause you bruises and that you would bleed more than the normal flow after the massage. Are these true? Thanks...

Answers:
I've had a massage before and never bruised. As for the flow of the period being affected I've never heard that one before. I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
No
You can do anything you want to when you have your period. Dont believe all the nonsense about you cant do this or that, You can go swimming, you can have sex, get a massage etc. having your period doesnt mean you are sick in any way or cant do everything you want when your on it. old wives tales dear
yes its true you will bleed more just wait till your periods are over then you can have the massage comfortably
Don't listen to that nonsense about it being uncomfortable on your period. Sometimes you can "bleed" a little more, as your uterus contracts and shakes some more of the lining off. But, if anything, it will feel way better for you!

Bleeding rules.
No period is the natural phenomina and has nothing to do with any such activities. Except secual intercourse or puitting on weights nothing goes wrong don't worry. Don't get periods upto your nerves.
