since this surgery does not go thru your vagina, you should be able to have sex as soon as you feel comfortable.
You should ask your doctor these questions. We have no idea how long it will take to heal and how healthy you are.
I had a c-sect and tubal, was out of the hosp 2 days later, and had sex 3 days after that. I am assuming you had a laproscopy? you should be fine. But to be sure, talk to you dr. see what they recommend, could be other factors why you have to wait a certain amount of time.
