I've got a week left to take of my second pack of pills, I had to take 2 in a row as I went on holiday last month. I understand you have to be in the middle of your cycle or thereabouts for the test to be accurate. Am I ok to get the smear done tomorrow as I have already booked it?

YES it is OK to have your smear.It should not interfere at all.
The only time that it is unsatisfactory is during or at the end of menstruation
Should be fine, just make sure you ask the DR before they do the pap smear...
The pill will not interfere with the pap smear, so you're good to go.
