Yep, I''m nearly 7 months pregnant and I cry for no reason all the time. Last week I stopped talking to my husband for no reason whatsoever for 3 days!! Thankfully I warned him what I may be like! I'm sending you a hug xx
oh god yeah all the time on BC pills! not so bad on POP's tho! just stay strong until home time then cry as much as you like, but if your like me you prob wont need to cry when you get home so you still feel as bad the next day lol.
darn hormones!
yes that happens to me too, don't worry its normal
Just cry if you want to...It's good for the soul.
I just spent 2 days like that. Hormones are a pain in the backside sometimes. Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate is the way to go!!!!!! Go and buy a big bar of your favourite treat, it always helps me (and i dont care if its not medically proven)
hey hey hey (hugs) go on The Pill, it will help sort ur homones out too and regulate periods. u might have PMS so go docs. they might suggest u go on pill or hormone treatment, will make u loads more happy again believe me, i know. i cried all the time too and got mad and angry, hope i helped x
Try Evening Primrose it really helps but it does take a while to kick in but its worth it
If you continue to feel like this after a few days its worth seeing your doctor
Chocolate, it works as an anti-depressant. So if you're feeling down, have a bit! If you don't like that idea, talk to some one, or listen to pop music (it's cheesey and cheerful).
=] Hope these work for you. =]
you don't say how old you are, if you are very young 'fraid this is part of it all and you will learn ways to cope although a quick cry in the loo never hurt anyone. If you are older(like me), maybe it's worth having a check up at the docs, hormones do sometimes go haywire and this can be controlled, If however you are that age! get yourself on HRT girl, I've had a new lease of life
