What can I use for vaginal dryness?

Question:
This isn't about lack of sexual arousal, I mean just general dryness (i.e. I don't have any general day-to-day discharge that I used to get in my younger days).

Answers:
There is a very good product called Replens, you can buy it in Boots. They are like capsules you insert into your vagina at night every 2-3 days, and it is the nearest thing to the real thing you can get.
Also take plenty of good quality Vit. E capsules, and if you can find vitamin E oil, you can use a couple of drops a day in your vagina.
as we get older,we seem to dry out everywhere!Drier nails,face,hair,skin...it's a battle to constantly mosterize...but they have KY gel,,that you can use...

Probably nothing to worry about, if it is uncomfortable you could consider hormone replacement therapy (but that does have some potential side effcts so only worth it if it is really affecting your quality of life).
KY jelly.
You can buy it in Boots or other chemist.
chinese remedy cream of sumyungguy
Hi,

As long as you are OK during sex and there is no itchiness or pain associated with you being dry I cannot see the downside.
