well im 12 and im a 36 B, i have an underwire bra but it kinda makes the twins look like 2 mountains. but i dont wear it cuz i dont need it yet. you only need it if like your twins are like a C and are heavy and need the support. but when i was a 32 A in 4th grade, that was totally out of the question, and not needed.

ONLY if you need extra support. underwire on small girls makes them look so fake and hollywood plastic surgery gone bad!
it's totally up to you. women with larger breasts need the underwire for support. i am a 32A so i don't need the underwire, but i like the way if feels.
