Has pomegranate increased your libido?

Question:

Ive been drinking pomegranate juice for about a month now, and in the last few days, I realised that I am getting viagra like effects. I seem to get stronger and more frequent erections.

its frustrating because i am single. and also, the erections combine with my insomnia, so I find that I cant sleep because i feel the need to get rid of my erection. as soon as i ejaculate, i get another erection and so begins a never ending cycle. i am only able to get sleep about 3 hours a night.

i was wondering if anyone had a similar story?

I have never had that happen to me. I also don't know of pomegranate as an aphrodisiac, but that is not to say that you can't get excited after eating it. Try not drinking pomegranate for a while and see if it really is connected. As for the insomnia and the sleeping problems, I'm sure you've been told about this before but I would go see a doctor who can help you with that. I hope this helps!
