Question:
i have cramps but my period is over like 1 week plues ago? is it normal?

Answers:
I wouldn't say it's normal. But sometimes you can get cramping type pain from either ovulation or constipation.

Sometimes women can get cramps during ovulation. This normally happens anywhere from 10-14 days before your next period.
Sometimes women will get cramps when they ovulate, which happens around this time.
ovulation can be more painful that the cramps that happen when it is your period right! as long as it's not HORRIBLY painful, take some motrin. (actual period medicine really does help better than pain killers like ibuprofen) avoid caffien to lessen the pain... if it continues to happen and is very painful, let your doc know... but otherwise... it's pretty normal.
