Birth control pills or you can look into 'the keeper' or 'Instead' cups. They're an alternative to sanitary napkins or tampons and they won't get in the way of honeymoon lovemaking. They fit inside of your body and collect your menstrual fluid. They'd be great for you on your vacation - plus they're great for the environment !

The only way to stop it is to go on birth control pills!
Go on the pill. You can control it that way.
You should know the time of month that your period is going to come. Schedule around it. A period is a normal thing, if it stops (unless you're pregnant) then there is something wrong.
well... you could get pregnant. Or get a utopsimy (I think thats what its called) its where your uterus is taken out. Or wear tampons, and hide the string.
If you're already on birth control pills you can start the next pack, skipping the placebo pills. If you're not on birth control, there's not much you can do.
Birth Control!
. I was on the birth control shot depo-provera for three years and didn't have a period the entire time. I know there are some other birth controls that make your periods shorter or more infrequent, talk to your OBGYN or do a little research, I don't think there is anything else you can do!
Sorry there is no way, just live with it.There is nothing and i mean nothing you can do.Don't take depo just to stop it and don't take BC cause you want to stop it.Let your body just do what is supposed to do.
U could try birth control pills or pills that make u have lesser periods
there is a birth control pill that makes you have no periods!! There are also ones that will make you only have a light period for three days. Call your doctor to find out which would be best for you.. Congrats and good luck!! : )
um hysterectomy. birth control will make it more predictable but will not stop it... so your done
I agree with the last answer.. when u're on birth control pills, you can't have periods.. but u have to take it everyday at the same time. if u miss it even one day, u'll get ur periods that day itself.. so be responsible!
there is a birth control shot that lets u only have your period 3 times a year...ask your doctor about the shot and good luck with the wedding! (:
If you are taking birth control pills, you can skip the last row of pills, which do not have hormones in them and start taking the first row again. You will skip your period and this is what alot of women do who take the seasonal birth control pills. Every 3 months they have a period.
Convince yourself you pregnant, everytime i worry im pregnant i miss my period lol. But the easiest way is to start birth control, unless u plan on conceiving. Other than that there really isnt alot of ways, you may miss it anyways bcuz of all the emotions and stress of a wedding. Congradulations and Goodluck
use the birth control shot called Depo-Provera. It can stop your period in three months.
Why don't you go to your GYN and heave them put you on birth controll , which can control your period and depending on your health history thy can put you on Seasonale with this birth controll you only get your period 4 times a year so it might be worth checking out ,
What birth control pill works best to stop the period?
All birth control pills with enough progestin can shut off the ovaries while the pill is taken. The estrogen in the pill helps to control spotting or irregular bleeding. But not too much estrogen because it is estrogen that builds the blood lining. Since the pill will be taken every day without a week off then it makes sense to use the lowest dose of pill available. Each pill should have the same amount of estrogen and progestin in each pill for every day of use. This means the phasic or pill packages with many different colors of pills will make your hormone levels go up and down each week and this can cause more irregular bleeding. My study of continuous birth control pill use was with the brand Alesse (20 mcg ethinyl estradiol and 100 mcg levonorgestrel) which is now available under several generic brand names like Levlite and Aviane. The progestin norethindrone may have less irregular bleeding with continuous use and the brand LoEstrin 1/20 has been available as a generic pill for many years and at this time seems to be the best "recipe" for continuous use especially if spotting on the levonorgestrel type pills. What we really need are pills in a bottle, 31 identical pills, just like a thyroid or hormone medication and to develop drug or hormone testing similar to the monitoring for individualizing seizure medications or for thyroid replacement with the goal to adjust the dosing depending on the individual woman.
If ur not trying to have kids any time soon u can take a birth control that will only give 4-5 periods a year now if u take this pill i dont how long it will take effect but that is solution u can also get info from ur doctor they can also give u a shot that can stop ur period at least long enough for u to go on ur honeymoon. congrats to u and wish u the best.
you can't stop your period at least not right away, you can get am oregano tee or matico tee to make come sooner, so you'll be ready for the action by that day, maybe the pill of the day after could help your period to come faster but it will last the same time as always.
do some research for those tees.
basically my GF drunk them for aborting, when they believe that they could be pregnant they called their period earlier.
There are only two alternatives...either you start taking the pill so you can regulate your cycles or you try a menstrual product called Instead SoftCups. Their biggest claim to fame is that you can have "clean sex" with them.
