Implants all weigh different amounts. It just depends on how much saline was added to each one.
Here's a simple calculator that allows you to find out how much they weigh:
Take the cc amount of each saline implant and add them together divide by 29.574 to get to ounces and then divide once more by 16 ounces to get to pounds.
For example:
If you have two 300 cc saline implants,
300cc + 300cc = 600 cc total
600cc/ 29.574= 20.2880 ounces
20.2008 ounces/ 16 = 1.268 lbs for both implants
if the implants are of different sizes as most are you may want to calculate them independently, if you would like to know how much each weighs on its own.
The only one that can tell you that is a plastic surgeon--it will depend on what size of implant you want, what your body will accommodate and a true brain fart to have it done in the first place. Implants are an ever going pain the in the chest. They do not last and cause problems and if done by the wrong doc you will have no feeling afterward. Is it worth it--no it isn't. Buy good bras and live with what you have. Been there and done that!
