Sorry Meghan but this sounds like one of those urban myths. I doubt any woman would go at it so hard and fast she would tear her insides up enough to go into a coma and need 3 blood transfusions. It would hurt long before she did any such real damage.
The only way you will tear something is if you are to rough and have long fingernails. There is no need to stop G-spot masturbating.
