Question: y do my breast hurt so bad that i can barely sleep and any touch of them hurts. its been this way for 3 weeks

if you are young it is probably puberty and they are growing. i doubt it is your period that is making them tender, because that would only last for a week or so. if you have been having unprotected sex you could be pregnent.
