Breaking out, it's not puberty, hormones??

I'm 21, I've been through the unharmed breaking out because of hormones through puberty thing, and I haven't have problems for years and years and now adjectives the sudden I'm breaking out, an not just on my frontage. it's digusting, it's my shoulders and back too... I shower or go for a dip at least once a year, sometimes twice so it's not bacteria or sweat... is within anything I can PUT on it to make it jump away (astrigents, etc)? it's really embarrasing so much so that I don't even want my fiance to see me without a shirt on... it really really sucks...

gratefulness for any help you can provide...

Try proactiv and if that won't work, I would recommend seeing a dermatologist. Good luck!
