:o)
Cramps are really uncomfortable!! I have learnt to control mine by first checking on diet by making sure that prior to my periods, I eat less sugar and salt- these contain ingredients that accelerate the cramps.
Tummy exercises and a hot cup of black tea can help plus the use of a hot water bottle at night. You can also consult your physician to give you a pain reliever.
WHY WOULD U WEAR SO MUCH PADDING? I RECOMMEND U EITHER JUST WEAR A PAD OR A TAMPON--IF YOU WEAR A TAMPON U SHOULD NOT HAVE ANY LEAKAGE PROBLEMS . THE SAME WITH A PAD ...IF YOUR PERIOD IS NOT THAT HEAVY. AND I THINK MIDOL IS VERY GOOD FOR UR CRAMP PROBLEM IT ALSO HELPS WITH BLOATING ..GOOD LUCK
motrin IB will help with the cramps and if you have alight flow a tampon would be good but if want a little extra protection wear panty liners
